How are Med Kits shipped?

All Med Kits include free shipping. Most Med Kits are shipped 2-Day service, via FedEx or UPS.

If you provide a P.O. Box as your shipping address, we will ship your kit via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), as FedEx and UPS do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.

We cannot guarantee delivery times or time-to-shipment, as every order is hand-packed by a licensed pharmacist, and turnaround depends on current volume and inventory levels.

However, if your order is time-sensitive, please let us know by emailing hello@durationhealth.com, and tell the physician during your video visit. We value your order and want to do everything we can to help you prepare, especially if you have imminent travel plans. We will do our best to expedite your order and can arrange for overnight shipping if needed.
