Can I get a refund on a gift card purchase?

All gift card (gift certificate) sales are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, your gift card purchase is non-refundable.

However, in the unlikely event that a recipient is found ineligible to receive any medications and no suitable alternatives are available, a full refund for the gift card will be provided, ensuring that our customers do not pay for services they cannot use.
