Can I refill a medication if I use it?
It is up to your Duration Health physician whether to refill a medication after use. We want to ensure the medications are being used appropriately and as intended by our physicians. Generally, refills will be considered if:
- You attempted to seek routine care or contact a doctor before using medication, as required by our policies, OR communication with a doctor was not possible; and
- The medication was used appropriately; and
- You used the medication in an emergency circumstance, while living, working or traveling without access to routine medical care.
