Every Med Kit comes with online and/or printed educational materials explaining the appropriate use of each medication or supply, risks and benefits of use, and when to avoid use. Furthermore, medications in the Med Kit have been specifically chosen for their low risk of complications and low toxicity, and have a long track record of safety.

Our treatment protocols are based on well-established nursing triage and emergency medical services protocols, with clear instructions in emergency scenarios when no doctor is available.

Finally, Med Kits include access to a Duration Health provider for ongoing clinical support. We are here to help you learn about the medications in your Med Kit, and to use those items safely.
