Why did you include or exclude certain items?

The medications and supplies we offer at Duration Health were chosen based on established guidelines (such as the WHO Model List of Essential Medicines), expert opinion, and our mission to improve public safety by enabling medical preparation. We've tried to select items whose potential life-saving benefits outweigh their potential harms.

We've also intentionally excluded common medical and non-medical items you'll find in other kits, like ACE bandages or water purification tablets. These items are essential, but we're focused on our niche of medical products you can't find elsewhere, particularly prescription medications.
