Do you accept HSA/FSA?

Yes. Duration Health products are available for purchase with a credit card, including credit cards linked to a medical spending account such as a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA).

You may use your HSA or FSA credit card at checkout to purchase your Med Kit. We will provide you with a detailed receipt to submit to your HSA or FSA plan if needed for reimbursement. Please note, we cannot provide additional documentation or complete reimbursement forms on your behalf.

Remember that your eligibility for FSA or HSA payments and reimbursements are ultimately determined by your FSA or HSA provider, not by Duration Health. Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts each have specific requirements for reimbursement, so we cannot guarantee that your plan will reimburse you for a particular purchase. Contact your plan, or consult with a qualified accountant or tax professional for final determination of your eligibility for reimbursement.

Please note, HSA and FSA cards may not be used for gift card purchases.
