Do children require a video visit?

Yes. We require a quick hello with our physicians to confirm that you really do have a child, that he or she appears his stated age and appears generally healthy. Young children do not need to participate in the visit. Video consultations are encrypted and are not recorded. All children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Each adult and each child will have his or her own appointment time slot, but the visits can be completed simultaneously.
