What's the process for the Family Med Kit?

The Family Kit includes medications for one adult and one child, prescribed and packaged separately, sold together in one order for your convenience. You'll complete your initial purchase, complete adult and child consent forms, and schedule an adult and child video visit. You'll work with our physicians to configure and customize medications for each adult and each child.

All onboarding and communication is through a parent or legal guardian; Duration Health does not communicate with minors directly for any reason.
